Restore ThreadCAD PRO on a new phone
Sign in to the same Google Play or App Store account you bought with, open ThreadCAD and tap Settings › Restore purchases.
Cancel a subscription
- Android: Google Play › your profile › Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions › ThreadCAD › Cancel.
- iPhone and iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › ThreadCAD › Cancel Subscription.
PRO stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Google or Apple.
Get a design onto your machine
Export from the app and save the file to your phone, a cloud drive or share it to your computer. Then copy it to a USB stick or your machine's own transfer app, the way your machine expects. Designs that need several hoopings come as one ZIP with a file per hooping. Always test-sew on scrap fabric first.

Turn off usage and crash reports
Open Settings › Share usage and crashes and switch it off. Your designs are never part of these reports. More in the privacy policy.
Delete your data
Your projects live only on your phone: deleting the app deletes them. To ask us to delete purchase records held by our purchase provider, email us with your store order number.
